I am surprise to see you folks...a very plesant surprise...we are in hot spell now..nothing new...nothing unusual and we are use to it...rather like it too, personally I like both.. hot and rainy season...

I hope for a number of responses from a variety of folks, male and female. The more the merrier. FYI -- New Orleans 70 degrees and beautiful, for now. Snowbirds, come on down! There are hotel rooms available in the Quarter. In the Quarter, one can PRETEND that all is well. Maybe that's just the alcohol. Anyway, isn't that what most tourists come to see? Unfortunately, many of the wonderful cafes are still in repair and one has to eat before 8:00 pm because there isn't enough people living here to man the restaurants. Know of any good wait staff, or chefs? Thank goodness I'm leaving town for Christmas. I need a break! Donna

Reading your messages gives me a lot of confidence in the future, not as a nation, or nations, but as the Earth. By the way, the temp HERE this morning was -21c, clear, bright and crisp, with about 15 cm of snow on the ground. Lots of birds at the feeders. Have a great day folks.

How are your itchy hand??? understand about writing...what is the weather like in Perak...we had freezing rain and snow in the early morning...my hound dogs love it. I decided to take the morning off from work to enjoy the snow event.

Yeah heard of it and see film about it, afraid don't know much about Thanksgiving, as far as I am concern we should thanks GOD in whatever form we conceive it to be, daily.There's a lot to be thankful.........

It's the first time I have tried writing anything for others to see but I think it's great for people to join in and just relate to each other's day to day feelings and activities. Today is Thanksgiving in the US, I don't know if your country has such a holiday, but Happy Thanksgiving, anyway.
